Invoices are only available once you’ve activated a membership with Urban Sports Club. Please note that all memberships are personal — we do not issue invoices in the name of companies.
When and how will you receive your invoices?
Invoices are generated automatically each month after your membership fee has been charged.

Once your membership is active, you can download your invoices from your profile:
Go to "Your account">> scrolling down to "Payment">> clicking on "Payment history".
There you’ll find all available invoices ready to download as PDFs.
Can you add a tax ID?
Yes — if you're located in one of the following countries, you can add your tax ID to have it displayed on your invoices:
Spain
Portugal
Italy
France
🔹 You can enter this information during registration or later in your profile under “Billing Information.”
✅ If you’d like your tax ID to appear on your invoices, please make sure it’s entered correctly.
⚠️ If you leave it blank or enter incorrect details, we won’t be able to modify invoices or reissue them with a different tax ID.
Please note:
Invoices are tied to the account holder and only reflect the personal information added to the profile.
We cannot issue invoices in a company’s name or include corporate billing information.
